Backend:
• App is used by employees to validate attendance at workplace using GPS.
• Odoo backend with Employees, Contact, CRM and Calendar modules.
• Custom backend module for admin to manage user data, attendance log and relevant employee data
• Backend APIs for mobile app login and authentication, fetching user data, submit attendance, get meetings and create lead.
• Integration with Google Maps API to get user location address upon check-in and check-out.
• Google Distance Matrix API integration to calculate exact distance between predefined work location and attendance or event locations.
• Show event attendance logs and notes on calendar event.

Front-end:
• iOS and Android apps for employees.
• Login screen with customized user login.
• Device ID validation on first login so that user can only use one device.
• In case user had to use a new phone, admin must enable that on backend.
• User profile screen to see relevant user data, picture, hiring data, working hours, etc.
• Check in and check out using finger print.
• Enabling only check in and out with predefined distance from work location.
• Showing notifications by employees officer.
• Meetings screen to get all assigned meetings with location, tags, distance from current location, attendees, start, end with cool shimmering and data refresh. • Calendar screen to see all apointment on a day, week or month views. • Maps screen to see all meetings marked on map with the option to drive to on google maps. • Create event note.
