• Automated delay and cancel cycle for customer maintenance visits.
• When technician changes repair status to delay or cancelled by customer, SMS is sent with confirmation link.
• Customer can confirm cancel or delay which will ultimately cancel or reschedule the visist.
• Customer can deny the delay or cancel request which will create escalation against the technician and create another urgent visit for customer.
• Solution included backend Odoo customization to send sms when triggered by delay or cancel repair status.
• Solution also included the design and development of the confirmation link page using HTML, CSS, JS and Python Django.
• AWS hosting with Elastic Beanstalk.
